RETURN POLICY
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Andromeda Jewelry Company strives to bring you the best possible quality product at fair market value. Every once in a while, there may be a clasp or other metallic accent bead that changes appearance. If this were to happen with something you have purchased from Andromeda Jewelry Company, we will replace and restring that piece for as long as our company is owned by Jennifer Griffith.
We try to describe our items accurately. You will never be intentionally mislead about our products or services. Please pay careful attention to the description, size specifics and picture of an item. Our materials are the best that can be obtained, and we are dedicated to careful and quality workmanship. Minor variation is a hallmark of hand-crafting, but we are sure that you'll be 100% satisfied. Please e-mail me with questions BEFORE you buy. With this type of merchandise and being a small business, we must try to stick to an "All Sales Final" policy. However, we understand, that sometimes when ordering on-line, the picture of the item or items ordered do not accurately portray the actual item(s) received. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you should contact me ASAP for an exchange or alteration. Of course we guarantee the workmanship and durability of your new jewelry. We will happily re-string any items that suffer mishaps during normal wear and handling.
We have tried to develop a Return Policy that is fair and non-discriminating:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise via telephone or email.
- Exchanges will be allowed for in-stock items that are the incorrect size and overall product dissatisfaction.
- If an item is damaged or lost during shipment, and you have not requested insurance (Priority Mail), no refund or exchange will be given. We inspect items as we package them to ensure no item is damaged before shipment.
- No refund or exchange will be given for buyer remorse.
- Refunds are given when no other alternative can be reached (on non-defective items). A refund consists of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable), less a 20% re-stocking fee.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given on special order (not in-stock) items.
