Policies and Information

Customer service and communication are important to us. We are always happy to personally assist you in selecting and ordering jewelry. Sometimes, the sizes we offer are not just right for everyone, so we can easily make something that IS just right. Since we do not keep large inventory, we can usually ship within 1-2 days, depending on your selections. We have no minimum order, and no small order surcharge. Order as much or as little as you like.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and Handling for all shipments in the Continental USA are as follows:

$10.00 to $49.99 ...................... $3.50*
$50.00 and above ................... FREE*

All shipments in the Continental US are with USPS. We ship worldwide. Those shipping & handling prices vary. Please e-mail us for international quotes. *Please add $1.10 to the above fee if you would like insurance for your package. We recommend mail insurance. If you pay for insurance, and you do not receive your order, we will re-send new jewelry.

METHODS OF ORDERING

Our best recommendation for ordering at our site is to use the PayPal Shopping Cart (provided) for any method you plan to use for ordering. That way, all of the product information is input into a form for you. So, when you like an item, you can ADD TO CART and keeping adding items if you wish; then VIEW CART, and you can delete items, change colors or sizes, or modify it however you'd like. Then you can proceed with PayPal, or print the Order Form to order another way.

INTERNET

We offer secure on-line ordering through PayPal. You may use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. With PayPal, we do not receive any of your credit card information. It remains with PayPal only. It is the most secure and reliable payment source.

MAIL

You may now mail your order to us using a cashiers or personal check. As of 3/31/05 We will no longer accept credit cards other than through PayPal. For ease, you can print your PayPal Shopping Cart Page, and use that as your Order Form. (Shipping and handling are not automatically calculated on your Shopping Cart Page unless you are paying through PayPal. Please use the above table as your reference.) You may also use our Printable Order Form if you'd prefer. Scratch paper is always an option too!

If you wish to pay with a personal check if ordering through the mail or if you are local to our business (Mpls/St. Paul, MN). Order will be shipped after check has "cleared the bank" for your first order. If successful, subsequent orders may be filled upon check receipt. All checks must be written in US funds. Returned check fee is $25 plus any additional fees incurred as a result.

We also accept money orders, bank or cashier checks written in US Funds. Again, shipping and handling are NOT automatically calculated on your Shopping Cart Page unless you are paying through PayPal. Please use the above table as your reference.
